Absolutely thrilling! The crew gave me a quick lesson before we got started, and within minutes I was up on the board. The water around Yas Island was calm enough to learn but still gave me that rush of speed I was looking for. I never thought I’d be wakeboarding in Abu Dhabi, but this was hands down one of the highlights of my trip.
Kneeboarding was the perfect mix of excitement and comfort. I’ve tried wakeboarding before and struggled a bit, but the kneeboard made it so much easier to balance and just enjoy the ride. The instructors were super patient and encouraging, which made the whole experience stress-free and fun.
We booked the private captain package for a small group of friends, and it was worth every dirham. The Sea Ray boat was spotless and comfortable, and our captain was professional yet friendly. He tailored the route for us so we could see the Corniche, Yas Marina, and even slow down near the mangroves for photos. Having someone handle all the details let us relax and really enjoy the day.
